About You

Your responsibilities

  • Manage our large network of housing communities on Facebook by providing customer support, create and publish communications in the groups and pages
  • You will be responsible for the whole American continents (USA, Latam) as well as our communities in the UK, France and Spain
  • Researching and summarizing legal information such as terms of services of partners and marketing channels or platforms
  • Impeccable formal and informal communication skills
  • Create amazing designs to publish in our groups and Facebook pages
  • Create impactful sales PowerPoint presentations
  • Find potential clients through social media and online searches
  • Make sales video-conferences with potential customers and partners. You will be the first person at Alpaca that our potential customers will ever talk to.
  • Support our customers throughout their journey with us (help with account setup, issues with the product, selling new packages, etc.)
  • The candidate must be willing to have non-standard working hours if required for sales calls with United States (East and West coast) and Latam

Your experience

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Law, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and French. German is a plus.
  • Proven experience or education in
    • social media community management
    • legal research
    • customer support
    • sales (including cold calls)
  • Talent in creative designs (please provide a small portfolio)
  • Ability to make sales call on your own
  • Solid experience with
    • PowerPoint
    • Adobe Illustrator
